Launch J2534box is the car ECU reprogramming equipment developed by Launch for vehicle Manufacturers and Maintenances industries, that is adhere to the protocols of SAE-J2534 and works with X-431 PAD as a function module. This SAE recommended Practice provides the framework to allow reprogramming software applications, from all vehicle manufacturers the flexibility to work with multiple vehicle data link interface tools from multiple tool suppliers. This system enables each vehicle manufacturer to control the programming sequence for ECU’s in their vehicles and also allows a single set of programming hardware and vehicle interface to be used to program modules for all vehicle manufacturers.

Features:

  • Work as a functional module of X-431 PAD to advance the competence of X-431 PAD. Can be connected with PC to program J2534.
  • Support diagnostic functions of all X-431 PAD diagnostic protocols, working as a diagnostic module.
  • Support ECU programming in automaker's protocols of CAN/ISO 15765, Ford SCP (J1850PWM), GMClass 2 (J1850VPW), Chrysler SCI (J2610) and KWP2000 (ISO9141/14230).
  • J2534box is built with OBDII port and port to connect with PC.
