Launch CRP129E DPF REGENERATION ISSUES

Hi, I got this OBD after it was recommended for this job;and tried to do DPF regeneration on a vw sharan 2017.I get this message on the attached image.Also same message keep getting it on the 431x launch which is a high end machine of the same brand.

Any ideas PLEASE ? I did double triple check the oil after vehicle was parked overnight.
