Symptoms Reasons Solutions
Motor does not run.
  1. Fuse is burned.
  2. Voltage is in correct.
  3. Electrical wiring is wrong.
  4. Motor is broken.
  1. Replace fuse.
  2. Supply power of correct voltage.
  3. Fix wiring.
  4. Replace motor.
Motor works, but platforms do not move, or can only go up slowly.
  1. Motor rotates in wrong direction.
  2. Low oil level.
  3. Height limit switch is stuck or damaged.
  1. Exchange wiring of motor to change direction.
  2. Add oil into oil tank
  3. Repair or replace height limit switch.
Motor works, but platforms can not lift the vehicle.
  1. Voltage to motor is too low.
  2. Pressure of overflow valve is not correct.
  3. Lift is overload
  4. Hydraulic pump is damaged.
  1. Supply motor with correct voltage.
  2. Adjust pressure of overflow valve.
  3. Check weight of vehicle.
  4. Replace hydraulic pump.

Lift is too slow during lowering.

  1. There is foreign substance in lowering solenoid valve.
  2. Lowering restrictive valve is turned too low.
  1. Clean lowering solenoid valve.
  2. Turn lowering restrictive valve up.
Platforms are not synchronized.
  1. There is air in upper chamber of Master Cylinder or Slave Cylinder.
  2. Oil supply can not be cut off because of leakage in manual change valve.
  3. Leakage in hydraulic system
  1. Lift Platform 1 close to the max height, switch change valve to Position 2 and press UP Button to add oil. When slave cylinder is lifted to max height, press Down Button to lower it to the min. height. Repeat operation for three times and adjust the height of slave cylinder to achieve synchronization after all air is bled from slave cylinder.
  2. Replace manual change valve.
  3. Replace seal or cylinder.
Safety ratchets can’t be separated from serration.
  1. Air pressure regulating valve is closed or too low.
  2. Solenoid air valve is damaged.
  3. LOCK button is pressed for too long time.
  1. Adjust air pressure to 5kg/cm2
  2. Replace solenoid air valve.
  3. Release the LOCK button immediately after safety ratchets are fully engaged.
