  3. Check all wire connections.
  4. Failed limit switch.
  5. Burnt motor wire.
  1. Replace burnt fuse or reset circuit breaker.
  2. Supply correct voltage to motor.
  3. Repair all wire connections.
  4. Replace limit switch.
  5. Replace motor.
Motor is running,
but the lift can’t be raised.
  1. Motor rotation is reversed.
  2. Lowering valve body is open.
  3. Hydraulic pump sucks air.
  4. Suction tube is separate from hydraulic pump.
  5. Low oil level.
  1. Change motor rotation by changing wire connection.
  2. Repair or replace lowering valve body
  3. Fasten all suction pipe fittings
  4. Replace suction tube
  5. Add oil into the oil tank
Motor is running, lift can be raised without load, but vehicle can’t be raised
  1. Motor is running under low voltage.
  2. Impurities inside lowering valve body.
  3. Pressure of safety valve is incorrect.
  4. Lift is overloaded.
  1. Supply correct voltage to motor
  2. Clean lowering valve body.
  3. Adjust safety valve
  4. Check weight of the vehicle
Lift is lowering slowly without pressing lowering handle
  1. Impurities on lowering valve body.
  2. External oil leakage.
  1. Clean lowering valve body
  2. Repair external oil leakage
Lifting speed is slow or oil flows from oil filler cap
  1. Air and oil are mixed.
  2. Air and oil suction are mixed.
  3. Loose oil return pipe.
  1. Replace hydraulic oil
  2. Fasten all suction pipe fittings
  3. Retighten oil return pipe

Lift can’t rise horizontally

  1. Balance cable is not adjusted properly.
  2. The lift is installed on unlevel ground.
  1. Adjust proper tension of balance cable
  2. Shimming the columns to level the lift. If exceeding 12mm, pour new concrete   floor and make it leveled. Refer to installation description.

Anchor bolt is not fastened

  1. Drilled hole is too big.
  2. Concrete floor thickness or fastening force is insufficient.
  1. Pour the fast curing concrete into the big hole and reinstall the anchor bolt, or use new drill to drill the hole for re-positioning the lift
  2. Cut open the old concrete and make new concrete floor for the lift. Refer to installation description.
